Seriously, you need to know exactly what you need BEFORE going into this place; do NOT rely on them to assist you in that determination. Don’t walk out with (or sign!) anything unless you know it’s going to help you. Don’t expect friendly staff at the front end, and don’t expect your appointments scheduled within a reasonable time frame. And if it’s not working out, or you have a “bad feeling,” then go somewhere else. This is not the only clinic that can assist you, and I don’t care if or by whom you were referred. Stop and call your insurance company. Do something, figure it out. Just make sure you get what you need. Don’t make my mistakes.
