This company is despicable!!! It's FULL of Evil, Manipulating convicts!!! From the Top all the way to the bottom!!! This company does everything in its power to "pretend" they care about your love one!! Staff has stolen items from mother including her debit card & $200.00 dollars mysteriously disappeared when management and Jeffereson Crest was the only person to have the pin number!! They lie, steal, and will do anything to sweep the errors under the rug instead of facing issues head on!! I'm soooooo disgusted with this company!!!!! If a client is coherent and is fully aware of what's going on they will do any and everything to kick them out before they expose the truth!! They like the mentally challenged clients, with no family who can't speak for themselves or tell what's going on!! & NOT TO MENTION THE BED BUG PROBLEMS!!!!! I can go on and on but I refuse to waste anymore of my time on these people, if I haven't told you enough to stay away then Goodluck to you & your love ones!!!

PS... Jeffereson Crest is GOOD AT HIDING THE TRUTH & THERE FULL OF SCANDALS!!!
