Pro Tan

I've been going to this place for years now they always have great specials they are always nice the needs are always clean plus they change their bulbs on a timely manner I give it four star's because you shouldn't have to have bank card to get the monthly or yearly specials for tanning. I'm very Picky where I tan at and I don't like to waste money. I do the level 5 and tan twice a month and I get very dark.

My boyfriend got me an unlimited month of tanning at Pro Tan and I went almost every day in their "super bed" which was actually not that super at all. By the end of the month I was barely a shade darker. They need to change their bulbs more often because I really feel like he wasted his money there. Also very bad customer service. Very unfriendly and stuck up staff. All together not a very good experience. Tanfastic is by far the best place I've been to. Two sessions in a super bed and you are a shade darker. Definitely recommend that place to everyone!

I was a member there for almost ten years. Customer service was always aweful. I made the mistake of buying $10 spray tans (versa spa) when they had a sale. I bought five of them before I tried them, because I was told it does not have a smell to it. I got home, and realized I smell like a dirty wet dog. We are not supposed to shower for 6 hours, but even once I showered it still smelled. The tan is blotchy even though I exfoliated. I asked if I could please get a refund on my unused purchased tans and they told me they do not do refunds. DON"T DO THE VERSA SPA if you are sensitive to the DHT self tanner smell. Customer service has always been aweful. They stand and watch you walk out, and no one bothers to say "have a nice day" or "thank you"

Top of the line beds! Got tan in just a couple sessions. Prices are appropriate. Customer for life.

I've been tanning at Pro Tan since 2005 and just recently stopped because I had to move... It has great hours and tons of beds so there is rarely a wait. Since new managment took over, the staff has been friendly and very helpful. For only $20 a month you can have unlimited tanning. what a deal!!, and I have never once had a problem with bad balbs. I've seen the girls themselves change the bulbs every couple of months. I dont know what all these people are complaining about how theier accounts keep getting billing. I was told when I signed up I signed a contract! (read the contract before you sign it people so you know what your paying for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) that it was a 3 month commitment, after the 3 months it would keep billing me unless I specificly told them to stop. I went in to cancel before the first of the month and i havent been billed since. Those other people obviously didnt cancel their memberships the right way.

IVe been taking since i was 16, im 24 now.. ive been to many different places, this was horriable customer service told me the wrong dates to cancel and everything even charged me an extra 10!!! i actually had to change my debit card number because they said they were going to continue to charge me! i dont recomend them ever to anyone... and the beds are low quality...

i just moved here and i went into pro tan to sign up for a monthly pkg. the girl there says that they have to deduct from my cc or bank account every month. when i asked could i just pay for a tan today she said to me "we dont do that" we only charge u for a pkg and it comes out of the form of payment. i asked is there somewhere else i could go for a tan and she said to me no. WHAT A CRAPPY SALES PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

INSTEAD OF TRYING TO GET A NEW CUSTOMER THEY DIDNT HELP AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND BE MORE APPRECIATED THEN WHAT THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE AT PRO TAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL GIVE THEM NO REFERRALS AND A BAD REPUTATION WITH ALL OF MY CO WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS AND THE NEW APT COMPLEX I JUST MOVED INTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a member with Protan, I am no longer only because I moved far away. I can not find another tanning salon that come close to comparing to Protan. The staff is super friendly, and they have some of the newest beds, and the best prices. I had no problem canceling my membership like the others have stated. I got a receipt and they stopped my automatic with drawl right away! The best out there!

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! THEY WILL KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY! WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!
