Sloanes

Where do I start! They are under New Management. The Old management wasn't great! But, the new guy...well here we go. I bought a bedroom set from them. Paid extra 350.00 for Queen mattress and boxspring. Well, delivery sent two guys out to my house after almost a month delay at 10pm at night in the winter. They did not have time to setup. All the screws were not there. Went back to sloanes, now this is where all friendliness ends. Manager is rude I paid for setup. He did not want to give me my money back because who wants 2 strange guys in their house after 10. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for my 50 dollars. Lets get to the mattresses, well it's been 6 months and the mattress/box is crap. I could have went to mattress firm and got a warranty! Well...anybody who goes to sloanes is asking for trouble....NEVER AGAIN! I love my bedroom set....HATE THEIR MATTRESSES....should have looked them up on GOOGLE!
