        Awful Customer service

        if in this day and age when we are all switching to gas or propane... they have some nerve being this nasty to their customers! the girl who answers the phone has the least concern for the customers and has the worst attitude i've ever put up with. well guess what my contract is over and i'll never sign up with them or recommend them ever again. they just lost 2 other customers too.

        and plus i have new neighbors coming into the house across the street from me, who already signed up for all the same services I have (got the # from me) and NUZZI def is taken off the list. Poor mr. nuzzi he needs to choose better people to work for him. This is just bad for his business. He's a nice man, I spoke to him when i had trouble with my boiler. But his staff get TWO THUMBS down!!
