Back in July 2010 we purchased two mini-rexes (bunnies). On the window of the cage they were reported as both females so we kept them in the same cage. Five months later (December) one of them ended up giving birth to two stillborns. Not the fault of Atlas Pet Supply, there were complications during the birth. We called Atlas Pet Supply to see if they knew what we could do to assist in the process for fear of the loss of the mother's life. They knew nothing, nor could they direct us to a rabbit specialist. The mother survived at least. The next day we went into the store and explained our situation to the employees. Not only rude, but they did not seem to care that they unknowingly sold us a male and a female, they didn't even offer us a cage to keep the two seperate or any kind of discounts. We HIGHLY recommend that if you're looking to buy an animal, research the business(s) you intend to frequent of their knowledge of the animals they sell. We've been duped into this one and don't recommend this particular business to anyone. I wouldn't even give them one star.
