Their equipment broke down so they missed long standing appointment. Promised to show up the following day as soon as the equipment was repaired. Didn't show for four straight days, ignoring repeated phone calls, text messages and emails. Winter weather set in preventing anyone from accessing building, so I had to use conventional insulation. After all of this they wouldn't return deposit despite numerous phone calls and emails.
