One Hour Rooter

I called these guys out because I had two toilets that were backing up. That being said I was in a panic because we had company coming over in a couple hours. Within the first 5 minutes of explaining my problem to Cori (dispatch), I was reassured they would be able to take care of it right away. Within 25 minutes (Technician) was at my front door and ready to tackle the problem. He was so quick and had both toilets draining within an hour. We had decided to have our line hydrojetted to prevent any further issues, and even better they hold a warranty behind their work. My experience with One Hour Rooter was very professional and I will continue to use them in the future! Highly recommend this company. Thank you very much for all your help! We thought we had sewer problems after our basement backed up but it turned out it was the city sewer and not ours. One Hour Rooter spent the time figuring out the problem and also got the city out to fix it! Thanks!

Watch out!!!! I had my kitchen drain unclogged. The next day my main line backed up water seeped up through the floor drain. The company told me it wasn't their fault and it would cost me a trip charge plus labor for them to fix. Outrageous a company that won't remotely stand behind their work. Find someone else even if they cost more. So so unsatisfied.

I had One Hour Rooter clear my main drain line and it backed up again 2 days later. When they came back out, they insisted on scoping the drain with a camera at a cost of $75. The camera was able to clear the clog (big surprise). Then they tried to talk me into a $4000 mainline repair! I have had real plumbers out in the past and they have cleared the drain the second time without question because real plumbers have real warranties. Don't bother with One Hour Rooter, call a real plumber.

Very happy with One Hour Rooter. He ended up being a little later than when he thought he would be at my house. But he called me and kept me in the loop, which was fine. Very clean. Covered my floors and wore shoe covers. He left the corner of my basement he worked in cleaner than when he started. Removed some roots from my sewer mainline and disposed of them
