Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Called Rotorooter about backup problem Saturday afternoon and Richard #6060 came over within the hour and he was great. Knew what he was doing and worked hard at clearing the problem. In fact he worked at it quite awhile because of where the problem blockage was. Everything is good and we were very happy with the service.

Derek & Chris were an awesome help in diagnosing our septic problem. Highly recommend! Kept in the loop on arrival time. Both personable and understanding with our issue. Personable. Did not rush our questions or help in fixing the damaged issue. Highly recommend this service!

Dennis (#2588) arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, and kept at it until our problem was fixed. After he was done, he cleaned the area back up very well.

Josh (#5587) did an exceptional job getting our drain system working again. He had to clean out 200 feet of mainline to the city sewer system. Then he had to clean out 3 or 4 individual floor drain traps that were completely filled with sludge and debris. Josh kept after it and always had a great attitude. I am very happy with the work done by Josh to get our home back in working order! Thank you!

They showed up on time on a weekend and helped us find and clear the plug we had in the line in our house that went to the street, plugging the entire house. Great job Luke (3657)!

Very happy with my service today. Brian #93621115561 came today with a trainee to clean out a backed up floor drain. It took them quite awhile since the tree roots were so bad. But they got everything taken care of, were extremely courteous and cleaned up besides! Service above and beyond!

I was in absolute horror when I realized that my basement was filling up with backed up water. I had no idea what to do and was panicking thinking of every worse case scenario. Luckily for me I got the most incredible "Yoda of sewage clearing" Josh #4348 (invoice 21023640). Initially I bombarded him with a million questions about what the possible cause for the water collection could be. He was so calm and patient even as I pondered insane unlikely scenarios aloud, and manged to to answer each and every question that I had no matter how crazy with great consideration and humor. After he brought in his contraption and began working we began chatting and he gave me so much information about the conditions of my pipes in my home as well as the differences between city pipe sizes verses residential sizing. He was engaged with both his work and being a wealth of knowledge for me and being a new home owner I am forever indebted to his ability to share his craft with me as well as teach me on things that I can do to take better care of my lines. During this exchange I was very inquisitive about all of the tools that he was using and in the midst of giving me an "antique road show" style info session he began to talk about the Roto-Rooter (RRC) company overall and what he enjoys about working for the company. I instantly had immense admiration for such an organization that would develop such passion and genuine regard for their employees and the families that they serve. josh really conveyed the positive impact that being a part of the RRC had on his life and why he had been with the company for so long really spoke volumes about the standards that they place on the well being of their employees. Although I saw him pull way more roots from my drain then I ever could have imagined, I think the biggest take away that I have from the experience is when the line thingy got stuck he didn't give up. He reset it again and again and never gave up. Tenacity and determination!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment that met our needs. Josh was on time, very friendly, efficient and did a great job.

Service was great - fast, all questions answered and at a reasonable price. They even offer advice on water cleanup. Technician was very nice and efficient. I would prefer to call Roto-Rooter now rather than a plumber.
