Quality Poor

VERY poor service. The only reason I haven't switched is the inconvenience . Any weather at all channels are lost including just hot weather. Channels off or fuzzy more than they are on. I have seen "processing your request" screens way TOO often.I have to admit they are on top of their billing. My bill was do the 7th and they sent a disconnect notice out on the 15th due to be disconnected on the 28th. I just wish they would be this concerned with the "service" they provide their customers
