DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! I only wish I could give ZERO STARS! I paid Marvin Lopata in full for a simple non contested adoption. This charlatan will make every excuse why he hasnt finished or made progress with your case. He put us through a horrific emotional roller coaster that was 100% unnecessary. ALMOST 2 YEARS!! I had to fire him so I could proceed on the cases without him. He refused to give copies of the paperwork, and what he did do at the court, had to be re-submitted because it was wrong! I attempted to Sue Marvin unsuccessfully. The courts take care of thier own. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!
