Pueblo De Paz Apartments

Pueblo De Paz apartments used to be a nice place to live. It is now nothing more than a pretty ghetto. I've been here several years and had no problems in the first couple of years. Things have changed for the worse. Loud music from vehicles and apartments at all hours of the night, men drinking in their cars until 3 or 4 in the morning, Parties and drinking on the grassy areas almost every day of the week, beer cans and cigarette butts on patios and in the grassy areas, severe roach infestations which they spray for but does no good, marijuana smells from several apartments that can be smelled all the way to the parking lots and other buildings and it has it's share of graffiti. This place claims to be "family friendly" but I don't want my family exposed to "chronic" partiers and drunks. Several neighbors have stated that they will not renew their contracts because despite their complaints, nothing gets done and lease violations are a joke. They are chasing the full price paying good neighbors away and keeping the trashy ones. My lease will be up soon and I'm outta here!!
