        Dave Gubler helped us buy our home, and we are very satisfied with the service provided to us. Dave was very knowledgeable not only about the neighborhoods, schools, and area, but also about securing us a loan, and the entire homebuying process in general. There are many experienced realtors out there, but it is essential to hire one that is up to speed on the current market, and knows the trends, processes, and ins and outs, because these can change from time to time. Dave was well-informed about all these, and was able to anticipate any problems to help ensure a smooth process. He is also very professional, and has great people skills that come in handy when dealing with other agents. Together with Brian Doubleday, they make a high-performing team.
