Custom Screen & Window Co

I have been doing business with this company for years. They have a new owner and I will no longer do business with Custom Screen and Window. I took a sample of the mesh I needed to their store. Over a week later,I have no more info than I did a week ago. I still don't know if they are able to get the screen material I need. (Was previously a stock item.) The owner will not return my calls even though he told me he would call me back with a price. After repeated attempts to reach him and being told he would call me back, I've given up! I will pick up my sample and take my business elsewhere!

I own an insurance agency and one of my elderly clients had a break in at 4:30pm where the robbers kicked in her door. Custom Screen & Window was kind enough to go to her home and help her secure it until they could get a new door ordered. I called 3 other door companies before I called them and all 3 said they were about to close and couldn't make it until tomorrow...I'll definitely be referring my clients to Custom Screen & Windows. called them this morning and they came out within two hours took measurments. not bad for 11 full window screens $203.00 be ready by lunch time the next day.....
