We are a family owned and run business celebrating 40 years leading the industry!
- General Info
- The owner started in the dry cleaning business working in his father's cleaners over 40 years ago, after returning from Vietnam as a POW. We have been in business since 1975. Jaguar Cleaners started at our Old Shell and University location. In 1986 we became known as Jaguar Cleaners and Formal Wear. This addition of Formal Wear gave us a unique niche allowing us to serve both your casual and formal attire needs. Our single goal was and still is, to provide quality service in a timely manner. We are a family run business at all levels of production. In 1975 when this business began the owner cleaned and pressed clothes. Not much has changed since those days he is still on the production floor cleaning and pressing clothes. What we offer is the generations of experience old and new combined to personally oversee spotting and all preservation and restoration items. This sets us apart from other cleaners, and is what we are so proud of. We are continuously testing our skills and pushing chemistry to produce the results that our customers have grown to expect. We regularly attend seminars and schools to better our knowledge to make sure we are among the leaders in our industry. Our business has grown from a small mom and pop business with one location to a well respected name in our industry with six convenient locations. We are continuously attending trade shows to keep the processing equipment up to date for production and most important, quality. In the last two years we have installed robotic tensioning equipment, high efficiency electric boilers, high efficiency custom cooling systems, state of the art environmentally friendly dry-cleaning machines, many presses, and the latest point of sale tracking computers. With all of the advanced equipment we can produce more garments, more consistently, and at the same time we are helping our environment. Our chemicals are biodegradable and non hazardous, very few cleaners nationwide can say that. We at Jaguar Cleaners are proud to be Green. We have come a long way since 1975. We have been voted Best Dry-Cleaners by Readers Choice for 8 years and counting. We would like to thank all of our employees for their efforts to make our customers feel at home and welcome. From all of us at Jaguar Cleaners would like to thank you the customer for allowing us the pleasure of serving you for the past 40 years and hope to see you soon.

I will NEVER send any of my male friends nor family back to them to rent anything. My boyfriend rented a tux for a Mardi Gras ball from them. He was measured and everything. We picked it up on the day of the ball and when he got home from work tried it on. Everything was too small! He had to wear his own pants and get an exception. The shoes were majorly scuffed, shirt was too short, the vest too short, the jacket too tight and the tie nearly chocked the life out of him!
The cleaners were closed when we discovered this. When we returned the tux later they could have cared less that he didn't get the order that he PAID for! And simply stated that they could do nothing because "So many people have tried it that there is nothing we can do". So not only are they NOT Sorry they messed up and he had to jerry-rig an outfit together to still go with me so that they didn't ruin our night. They clearly don't care about customer service and professionalism and lack any all sense of accountability.

Fabulous Service and extremely easy fitting for a tux. The customer service we received was above and beyond. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I had my wife drop off a work shirt to be heavy starched and pressed. I'm a military guy and looking pressed at my job is important to me. It only took one day,, and $1.50. Now I see why.
I put in hard Work to look good at my job by pressing my own clothes and polishing my boots, but wanted it professionally done this time. The cuffs and collar are perfect; the sleeves are NOT PRESSED AT ALL..
So my wife takes it back to have it redone, and said the old lady behind the counter snapped that it WAS pressed. I would have happily paid $3 or $4 for it to be done right. Now I understand everyone's reviews.
You want it done right? Take it some where else!

We needed a tux for an upcoming Mardi Gras ball and heard that their tuxes were for rent for $48 plus tax and $7 for shoes. That was still cheaper than anywhere else, so we decided to go there and check it out! The ladies were fast at getting my fiancé fitted and they were all so nice. I had a pleasant experience and would gladly go back.

I've only used them a few times out of necessity due to the convenience of their location. Each time I received very poor customer service, but nothing went "wrong," until this last time.
When I went to pick up my items, one was missing, which I needed for the next day. The young girl there told me that she thought it was at another location, but there are no managers or supervisors. I called the other location, and the young girl there told me they didn't have it, and confirmed there were no managers or supervisors. Between these two girls, it was communicated to me that none of their employees can do anything but take your money and items, and give your items back to you.
I left my contact information with both of these girls (which they already had in their computer), and told them to let me know when my item was found.
Over a week passed, and I heard nothing, so I went to their website, and filled out their contact form with everything I've said so far here, asking them to please contact me and let me know if they'd found my item.
Another week passed, and I called, and spoke to another young girl, who told me that my item was there, and confirmed that employees can only take your money and items, and give your items back to you, and that there are no supervisors or managers. When I asked who I should complain to, she said "the accountant," which sounded strange to me.
She forwarded me to the accountant, who did not identify herself, but after I asked her she confirmed that she was "the accountant," and that there are no supervisors or managers, indicating to me that there is only an owner (who was unavailable when I asked to speak to him), herself, and all of these young girls at their locations.
I told her everything I've said so far here, and her response was to ask what I wanted her to do about it, so I quickly ended the conversation.
When I went to pick up my item the next day, I was still charged for it, and - despite having my contact information and knowing of my displeasure - the owner has not contacted me in the month since this all took place.
