        Worst service ever! Stay away

        Purchased 49.99 detail with gift card from daughter. Had to take back and have them redo it was so bad, still got horrible customer service and still got a crappy job on top of wasting my daughters money. I will not be a return customer. Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off!

        Great full serve car wash

        You cannot beat the quality or price of Rich's Full-Serve Car Wash. It is hands down the best in town. They have recently started cleaning much better inside my car and I love doing business with people who are friendly and genuinely care about how your car looks.

        Ok for the most part

        I have been going to Rich's for several years and have been pleased for the most part. There have been a couple of times the inside windows have been wiped with a cloth that was not clean and left the window very grasey/cloudy especially on those cool mornings when the glass is fogged.

        The tire cleaning could stand to be improved also.
