Avoid this place. Bad service and can't even order tires in a timely manner.

I had two tires put on. I work in the bay area. On my drive to work I noticed severe vibrations from my steering wheel. I had to bring it back in for tire balancing. Wasting more time.



Second situation is when I ordered tires. I went in and placed on order on Friday. I was told that it would be in by Wednesday or Tuesday the earliest. So it's a week later and they still don't have my tires and they couldn't even give me a courtesy call to inform me.

This place is the best wonderful workers, they beat other prices, great waiting room with coffee and water. They fixed my grandmas flat tire free not even seeing the tire yet to tell if it came from them or not, they said we will just fix it for you!

I went to big o and then Americas and what a difference. The customer service at Americas was incredible. They were almost too nice. Very helpful and friendly. They beat prices of all other shops too!
