Do NOT do business with C.G. Customs. The owner is a con artist who demanded a large (70%) deposit - then swindled us out of more than $4,000.00. Multiple products were not delivered, and the products fabricated were substandard and defective. In fact: 2 of the products were recycled. The owner overcharges, keeps extra fabric for himself, does not keep promises, blames everyone but himself, and literally runs from responsibility and accountability....

CONSUMER BEWARE! Had a project done in my home. CG Customs Interior Design went way Over Budget, Made Many Mistakes in the Remodeling. Made Many Excuses for the Mistakes and Did Not Keep Promise to Fix all the Mistakes. They even took the Extra Material that was not used that I paid for while I was not home for their own personal use. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.





8/12/15 In RESPONSE to your post Adam S, Owner of CG Customs Designs. YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU DID WRONG! You took all the Extra Tile Materials that was Purchased Specifically for my Bathroom Renovation that I paid you for, when I wasn't home for your own personal use. When a Customer Pays You Over $25,000 to do a Job Correctly and You Fail, You Need to be Accountable for the Quality of Your Work, the Mistakes on the Job and, for Being Trustworthy with Your Services. Last we spoke, 3 months ago, you said you were going to come back to correct the Mistakes that I was Dissatisfied with, but you never came back to fix the problems. It's been 3 months and it seems the only reason you now want to communicate with me, is because I posted a review of your business of my Dissatisfaction. I will now have to hire another contractor to make the corrections. It has taken a Year dealing with you, to try to get you to Correct and Complete my Bathroom Renovation. I CAN'T TRUST TO HAVE YOU IN MY HOME, OR TRUST TO DEAL WITH YOU ANY FURTHER.
