Hello, my name is Mary I recently rented property at 621 Fort Henry Dr. in Modesto, ca . My landlords name was Tina S. but when I rented this property it was from Countryside Property Management in Modesto. At first my experience with them was great. You are lucky if you get any of your DEPOSIT back. When I rented this property the POOL SERVICE was INCLUDED in my monthly rent. Which I have to say I was NEVER LATE. The LANDLORD TINA S, and COUNTRYSIDE PM were NOT to charged me $ 150.00 for POOL SERVICE. That is NOT EXCEPTIONABLE , and WAS NOT MY PROBLEM. I would NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE to rent property from them. I did get some money back on Deposit , but I DO believe they still own me the sum of $ 150.00 for the pool. BEWARE . READ YOUR LEASE and WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN for YOUR PROTECTION LATER. AS I have always done. YOU CAN NOT CHARGED SOMEONE FOR MONEY THAT IS NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. ALSO to protect you when you have issues with Property management companies , or Landlord you may file a COMPLAINT with PROJECT SENTINEL FREE OF CHARGE. ALSO , when your LANDLORD shows up to your house WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE or 24 HOUR NOTICE and REMOVES PHOTO FROM your WALL Breaking the clasp on the back. That is in VIOLATION of your LEASE FOR-SURE.!!!!! PROJECT SENTINEL is truly AMAZING so take pictures, write things down no matter how big or small the issue, dates, times, and to whom you spoke with, and the issue at hand...... I SAY a BIG NO to LANDLORD TINA S. and to COUNTRYSIDE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and to POOL MASTERS POOL SERVICE .Thank you M Johnson

I currently live in a house that is managed by Countryside. I like the fact that I can pay rent online. Love the fact that I can request maintenance any time, even after hours. I am very forgetful and don't always remember or find things during business hours. They have always been quick and effective in replying to my needs.

My property in Modesto was managed by Countryside Property Management. They found great tenants that always paid on time. They were very responsive and were always available to answer my questions. I recently sold the property with their real estate company and they did an excellent job with the sale of the home. Thank you Robert & Jason for all of your help.

Countryside Property Management has been managing our home in Modesto for over two years. From the beginning our experience has been nothing short of perfect. Every single time I call the office a friendly member of their staff answers the phone live. Every time I email with questions I get a response on the same day. Even when the office is closed I can reach our property manager Robert on his cell phone if needed. We were nervous about our property remaining vacant for a long period of time but they found great tenants in less than two weeks. Our tenants have renewed their lease twice since moving in and have personally told us that they choose to stay because of the positive experience they have had with our property manager and the office staff. Rent is always disbursed directly to our bank account by the 15th of each month. Their accounting reports are always clean and easy to understand and we have online access to them 24 hours per day. Their fees are competitive but the value we get in return is priceless. We have really felt like valued clients every step of the way and we are lookig forward to more of the same.
