I hired Flicks to rip out and replace shower and the floor in my master bedroom. Flicks showed up on time to start the job, and took special care keep my house like they found it (clean). They started the rip out and the reconstruction of a wall, went as planned and was happy. What I am displeased with is Flicks hired a subcontractor to do the tiling of the shower and floor. The tile company was suppose to be three days, ended up five days with no unseen problems. Called Flicks the second day and asked about the schedule of the tile work, since they had been working for two days and only had the cement board layed for 8' x 9' bathroom and a 32 x 42 shower. Flicks response was the tile company must not have been told about the time line of three days. Flicks was unaware that the tile company was behind, or was they even concerned about it. When I called Flicks There response was they couldnt control the tile companys schedule, nor they send any one over to check the progress or the sloppness of there hired subcontractor. To me this is why I hired Flicks to remodel my bathroom is so I wouldnt have to worry about my house or the remodel project, I guesse I was wrong.

I would not hire Flicks to remodel any part of my house again. I think if Flicks themself do the work they do great work, but if they hire subcontractors they dont believe it is there responsiblity for there subcontractors or the work they do.
