You simply float in a light and sound proofed room, on 10 inches of water filled with 1,000 pounds of epsom salt. The water is around 35% salt, compared to the ocean, which is only 3%.         This place is WONDERFUL!!! I cannot possibly say enough positive things about this facility. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and the experience was one that I want to repeat on a regular basis. I honestly think this is more beneficial to me than a massage. When I got out I felt like I had just experienced a mind, body reset. So relaxing yet, refreshed and energetic. Best sleep I have experienced in MONTHS after my float. I will be back; for SURE! I highly recommend this for anyone who has too much stress and tension.
