Ramada Inn

First off we had a party at this hotel. No one could check in till 3pm. When I did check in they kept putting the wrong credit card info on the bill. Hotel staff acts as if they don't want you to be there at all. I understand a hotel being full but their customer service could really really use some help. When I arrived in my room it smelled of smoke and the curtain had been torn. Then bath tub screws were rusting brown and it looked like someone had done a bad seal job on the tub. I would have to say this was my first time staying there and it would be my last. Not the greatest place to stay but not the worse.
