Fraternal Order of Police

If 0 stars were an option, the 1 star would be a 0! I have never been treated so discourteously by a venue coordinator/manager. I confirmed the day before that I was to deliver the wedding cake at 3:30 p.m. However, before I arrived, something happened. Somehow, a fee was assessed around 3 p.m.; and since the fee was outstanding, the manager, Michelle, would not allow any vendors into the building until that fee was paid. So, I have a 4-tier wedding cake in my car, and it is 92 degrees outside. I had the air conditioning running. I asked Michelle to let me in since I was a vendor. She refused me at least five times. 70 minutes after my arrival, someone showed up with cash. I was then allowed to proceed into the building. The cake's top layer's icing melted and ruined some of the icing decorations. Due to this handling of the situation, I will never do another cake at this Fraternal Order of Police venue. Michelle should have kept the security deposit.
