J's Way Hair Salon

This was the worse experience of my life. I don't even want to give it one star. I made an appointment, and when I get there no one had keys to the shop. I was going out of town and badly needed my hair done. I ended up in the kitchen of the employees home. She didn't have conditioner, she didn't even have the proper tools to curl the twist. I was so unhappy. When I called to attempt to complain to the owner, I was hung up on several time. NEVER AGAIN!!

was stood up twice within 2 weeks by stylist.stylist was a no call no show both times...she didn't have the courtesy to cancel nor to call & reschedule. after I left a half dozen messages I received a call,rescheduled & I even called the day to confirm day & time of appointment ..only to be stood up AGAIN! I have happily taken my business & 150.00 (hair service) elsewhere. (as a regular customer who gets this hair service every 6 weeks) I find it troubling that any customer be treated so unprofessional. word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. the ßtaff there can benefit from classes on etiquette,professionalism & up dating their hairstyles. my new stylist is not only professional prompt & courteous ..she also does an outstanding job..it takes her half the time to do my hair & the style last 2 weeks longer AND looks 10x better!
