Berg Company

We put the Berg liquor control system at our family entertainment center in 2003. 50,000 plus dollars later it was installed by the distributor. It poured great but the distributor could never get it to talk to our POS system, like it was supposed to. After several visits and 1,000s later in service calls, they still did not get it to work. The distributor went out of business and we had no one else to call in MN. We worked that way for a few years and then things started to not work. We could not find anyone to work on it and make it right. Little by little the ring system, gun pours and draft system stopped working. We free pour now. I called Berg Company and he gave me a name of a guy in Fargo. for a year we I called him and never got him out to our establishment. He then told me there was a new guy in MN in the twin cities. I called him and after a couple months he came up to look at it while I was on vacation. That was in August. He will not return my phone calls. I called the Berg company again and talked to Phyllis who said she would check on it and get back to me. That was over 2 weeks ago. Got ahold of her and she said she did not call me back because I did not pay my bills. I have no bills with anyone that needed to be paid. I am so frustrated with Berg and their expensive liquor control system and their service. It has been a nightmare.
