I recently moved to Georgia and bought a home. What I did not know is that the air conditioner was on its last leg. Well as luck would be, it stopping working the afternoon before I was expecting my elderly parents for a weeklong visit. I was petrified. My parents have health problems and being without air conditioning is not an option for them. Being new to town I had no idea who to call. Luckily my next-door neighbor was in his yard while I was giving the air conditioner a piece of my mind. He came over to see if he could help, then recommend L & M to me. I quickly realized why my neighbor so eagerly gave me their number. Wow! They are amazing. They listened to my situation and assured me they could take care of it. Within the hour a repairman was inspecting my air conditioner. He quickly found the problem and it was not good. My air conditioner would need to be replaced.... BEFORE 3 pm the next day! I knew this was impossible. I was wrong. The repairman assured me it would be done and that he would see me in the morning. The next morning just as promised he was there with my new air conditioner and by 3 pm my house was cool again. Unbelievably great service! Unexpected results, but very grateful. A+++++
