Though I like their service I hate with a passion this ten minute appointment policy they make. Basically they require that customers make an appointment and if you are more than ten minutes late they say you have to reschedule for a later time, even if they have no one waiting! Talk about a great way to lose customers. The point is for a business to accommodate the customer not the other way around!
