        JB was informative and personable. He let us know, step-by-step, what he was doing, what he would be looking for and if there were any concerning items that might need immediate attention or not. Being first time home buyers, he didn't sugar coat any of the process, which is much appreciated! It was very refreshing to have such a down to earth, no bs, professional guiding us through this experience. I look forward to working with JB and JKA again!
