HORRIBLE and UNTRUSTWORTHY as other reviewer stated. I purchased a pool and gazebo and my pool supplies from this store (spent over $8,000 with them and have all the receipts as proof). Two years after purchasing a new pool motor from them, the motor and filtration system stopped working. I asked Steve Wade, the salesman, if he would look at it to see what was wrong and he told me to drop it off at the store. When I stopped by to drop it off (October 2011), I brought the pool cleaner/sweeper by to see if I could get the ring at the top replaced since I had accidentally broke it. Lisa Daugherty, the Manager, told me that she didn t know if I could buy just the ring. So I left my pool equipment including the sweeper with her hoping she would find the replacement part and that Steve would be able to diagnose what was wrong with my relatively new motor. After following up a half dozens times with Lisa telling me she would leave a message for Steve, I forgot about my equipment (obviously I don t use the pool in wintertime). This past May I started setting my pool up again for the summer season and went to pick up my equipment at the Montclair store since I had never received a response. I was shocked when Lisa Daugherty, the manager with whom I left my equipment with denied ever receiving it. As you can guess, I got upset. Miraculously, my pieces started being found piece by piece EXCEPT my $300 pool vacuum. Lisa and Steve conveniently responded I don t remember (getting that item) . Looking into whether other people have had problems with Secard, I discovered that apparently many people have problems with this store. To add insult to injury, what is the solution from Bob Cannon, Operation Manager for Secard: sell me another one at $100. So they lose my equipment and expect me to buy another one from them. Unbelievable! For people considering buying a pool and/or spa and the supplies for them, I strongly encourage you to buy them from another store other than Secard. They are untrustworthy.

They sold me a pool for over $4500.00 and the pool started to leak. I took it in to get fixed and they will not fix my pool. Their warranty and service is HORRIBLE!!! Go somewhere else, DO NOT do business with this place.
As a company who has been in business for over 50 years with a history for high quality customer service, it is embarrassing to me as Operations Manager of Secard Pools Inc. to be replying so late in this review, as we were unaware of it until recently.
