        The Bar Method Montclair is unique to other barre classes for one reason, it is truly a method. No other barre workout is scientifically precise and expertly guided to deliver results. The Bar Method was created under the guidance of physical therapists and rooted in kinesiology and anatomy. This foundation ensures it is safe and effective for students spanning a wide range of abilities including those with physical limitations and injuries. It's a workout that is safe and sustainable for life because of our knowledge and precision! We are a community focused barre studio. As a result, ALL are welcome, without judgment. Our students receive personalized adjustments, modifications and encouragement to get the most out of every workout.
