Richard "Kip" Capell is the best contractor we've ever hired. We first met him when he was assisting another contractor who was replacing our kitchen's sub floor. Within minutes of meeting him, we were convinced of his expertise and integrity. Three years later, we have even more faith in his knowledge and integrity. He is currently making modifications to our home to provide wheelchair access, and he and his workmen have proven to be sensitive and compassionate as well. Our neighbors hired him to remodel their kitchen last spring, and now Kip's truck is back in the neighborhood, the neighbors often stop by just to say hello. Most contractors do not build these kind of relationships with their clients--Kip does.

We've had to handle remodel work on several houses in the last 10 years and finding someone good is hard. We had Shadow Rock work on 2 of our houses and Richard Capell was on top of everything we needed. His work on decks, bathrooms and kitchens - literally, from floor to ceiling, was done without any problems and the price was right. His linoleum floor was immaculate. What I think is great is the willingness to do just about anything we want or need and the ability to do it well, even electrical!
