Rusty was always more than accomodating and quick to answer my questions. I prefer to email and he was always quick to answer. We provided all documents in a timely matter and received approval very quickly. Rusty took every precaution to make sure there were no surprises. He turned things around in just over a couple of weeks which is almost unheard of in todays mortgage environment.
