        Overall

        Samuel Davis was our Technician this morning , our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly , we had called Lowes an told them they sent A&E Factory Service out to do the work .he arrived on time was very polite , very Professional , answered all our questions . He did a great job , replacing the compressor , in 6 hrs our ice maker had dumped a tray of ice which he said it would and it would be ready to use .
