I am renting a property from Advantage Asset Management-Lake Conroe Realty stationed in Montgomery and am dealing directly with Eric Yeargain. Eric Yeargain has been communicating with me via email over basic rental problems (broken garbage disposal, no hot water, etc.). Every time he receives a report of the concern he does handle the situation after sending harrassing, rude, and condescending emails from him personally. It's actually appalling. Once Eric Yeargain responded to a concern and was rude, my fiance asked to be treated more respectfully and Eric responded saying things like, "This email is a bit annoying", "you seem to be looking for a cookie every time you mow the lawn", and "resent the fact that I have to sit here on a Saturday morning to coddle your feelings". Well isn't that professional? I am a childrens therapist and my fiance is in the oil business. We are professionals who are educated, have no children, treat the house very well, and know how to deal with difficulty people in general. However, I am appalled with this treatment and do not want others to deal with this kind of treatment and alck of service. I have read other reviews online with similar treatment from him specifically as well. I feel an accurate review of him and his company should be posted as to warn others. I also would like to be able to contact the actual owner of this rental home so they know what their management company is supposedly doing for them, so they do not lose renters and business and understand what is truly happening, however the management company will not disclose that information.
