Montgomery Trace Apartments

Lived here for years,New manager,dryer did not heat,called a work order in,was told new manager had to approve it,waited over week and half,still did not come to replace it called again ,new manager called said they would be there by the end of the day,no show,no phone call,was told the new manager was in charge for that...still waiting,the apartment complex going down hill,

I've lived in these apartments for 2 years I have never been late on rent I ask to leave a month before my lease is up and they tell me no. The manager Tracey is an unprfessional rude person. The office staff is terrible. The only thing good about these apartments are the location. I lived down stairs and you could hear everything. Water pipes running down the wall where you can here everything. Windows that leak and have mold growing. The carpet is poorly installed and cheap. Not to mention the pools are always down. They have a crappy gym and you have to pay to use the pool table room. Thos place is over priced.
