        Today I was sent away and told that this location doesn’t have the proper equipment to look at your eye, but this location has seen me for my eye. When the check in personal ask did I feel like something was in it, I said my eye feels like grit is in it, but I am not sure. After I was sent to another business, my insurance company called and said that I would need a referral and why couldn’t NextCare look at my eye to make sure. All I am going to say is I was very saddened by this and all I ask was to just have someone look and check me out. Thank you for not doing your job.
