        Horrible..Horrible..Horrible Experience. Words can't tell you how frustrated I am with this Bike Shop. I purchased a $2K Trek Bike from them a few months ago.

        I go in there and ask them to box another one of my bikes up. They said they would but needed to wait for a shipment of bikes to come in for a box. I go and get them a box for the bike to be boxed. I get all kinds of excuses as to why they can't box it.

        They have no issue taking money. But, when you return for Customer Service. There is NONE. Do yourself a favor and go to a more Reutable Bike Shop that understands the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE and Commitment.

        They really do not want to sell anyone a bike. How are they stil in business?



        I wouldn't bother going there unless you are willing to spend $2500 or more.

        Sorry you felt that way. And I must say, odd, majority bikes that we sell and cater to are family oriented.
