I'm with Bel, the person below who states the doctor acted dishonestly about his insurance and is now suing the patient when the patient had insurance to cover the bill at the time.. Same here, just done differently. Not a pleasant man, temperamental. Always a sign things aren't as they should be. Anyway, wants me to pay bill with cash when I have insurance. He pushed me hard to have work done just a couple of days prior to insurance going into effect. Doctors are not used car salesman. We have to be able to trust their integrity that their decisions are based upon our best interests. I know now he could have waited, but has some reason why he wants cash. Dunno.I'm being charged twice what I would have had to pay if he'd waited a couple of days. He didnt' say it was an emergency, he just pushed hard. Nasty business. This is not right!

Insurance Coverage COMPLAINT Service just fine, Facility very clean, quality of care very good BUT Insurance claims need to be submitted accordingly, client/patients payment exceed insurance fee scale. Had procedure done 2009 in office & then informed recently that it was not dental procedure. I don't understand the referring doctor said it had to be done by the dentist since it was part of the mouth. The dental visit was supposed to be submitted to the DENTAL insurance & the other procedure to secondary insurance & they did not. Our insurance has changed & it is presently taking back claims from 2009 to the present & I have confirmed this with the present insurance carrier. Now guess what I'm being sued.. Just found bill while unpacking after moving from dentist office indicating bill was written off. But the dentist sues you and gets paid twice "SHAME ON YOU". Have not been able to communicate with Dr. does not return calls. HELP DOCTOR PLEASE REPLY NEED TO SPEAK TO YOU NOT THE STAFF This company has an annual revenue of $1 to 2.5 million
