I just moved to Mooresville and LKN was recommended by a coworker. I love this practice and will recommend them to my friends.

Absolutely unprofessional and not a TRUE mental health services facility.
The only thing keeping them afloat is "Mid Life Crisis" sex therapist treating the LKN hookers.
They talk about each other and themselves during the session you pay for and are very ineffective.
The office girl will keep your card on file and charge you without your knowledge, so beware!!!
The billing guru (total sarcasm here) is clueless and doesn't communicate with the trigger happy office girl about the charges they add onto your card.
AWFUL. RUN to any other group! A school counselor would be a huge step up from this circus of misfits with their online degrees.

So happy I found LKN Psychiatric services. I was pleased with how easy it was to get an appointment. The staff is very friendly , prompt, and answered all my questions. They have many appointment times to choose from and I would recommend them to anyone seeking therapy. I am so happy to be able to get my medication and therapy all in one practice .

This office is completely unprofessional. My fiance and I are working on some issues, and we called the office to make an appointment as new patients. They sent us a form via email, which included a section on patient availability. I have a very high pressure job, and my availability is limited. I indicated a specific time and day of the week that I was available, and we sent in the form. The office called back, and we had our introductory evaluation during my specified day and time. Afterward, they tried to schedule our next appointment for a different day of the week, and at a different time. I apologized and said I was unavailable (shocker). They told me they would call me back and we could work something out. A week went by, and I called back. I was told they would have an answer in 24 hours. 2 days later (today), I called back, and the receptionist, who did not apologize for not calling me, told me that the doctor is not available when I am. I asked her why she had made the introductory appointment with us in the first place if that was going to be the case, and she said that they do not turn away new patients. Translation - they want money. I told her that it was a waste of my time and money to have come in for the evaluation if the doctor is unavailable to see me during my free time, and the receptionist responded that she was sorry that I felt that therapy was a waste of time. (Clearly, this is not that point that I had been trying to convey.) She also said that most of their patients realize after their first appointment just how important therapy is, and they make the time in their schedule for it. I told her that I simply do not have that luxury. Finally, she told me that this is the first time she has ever had this problem, as if that were a relevant argument, or somehow supposed to make up for it. We are seeking a new office.
