        WORST service ever. I have bee...

        WORST service ever. I have been refilling my prescriptions here for 3 years. today i go pick it up after calling in the order, only to find out that Kaiser no longer carries the brand, and that i would have to wait an acditional 30 minutes so they can give me something different. When i went to the counter to try and make an appointment to speak to my doctor about this new medication, i was told that i have to call, and use the automated system. the sticker she gave me, all in spanish. When i told her i dont speak spanish, she told me, that they would be giving out english stickers all day, so they only have spanish. why dont they have boh, or offer both? Maybe if everything wasnt automated, Kaiser would be much better at informing customers. Kaiser is terrible.
