Mel's Liquor & Check Cashing

I have to agree with the first review, the guy named Steve who is suppose to be a co-owner is very dishonest, a liar and a crook based on my own dealings with him if you cash a check count it before walking away this guy will cheat you right before you very eyes. I will never go there again, both guys appear to be nice but that's the deceptive lure! Be careful.

I recently moved to moreno valley and i went several times to the store. and whenever the old man waited on me i got cheated!! the 1st time i was cheated out of 2 bucks... but i figured it was am honest mistake. the second time i bought two 99 cent sodas and asked for asked for 5 quick picks and the total was 7.30 i didn't even look at my quick picks until the night of the drawing when i discovered he only gave me 2 quickpicks but was charged for 5! this man is a crook and if he waits on you....... count your change and make sure you got what you paid for. when i called i was told it was my fault because i should of checked before i left the store.. if they were honest... i wouldnt have to! i will NOT be going into this store any more..
