All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

NEVER use this people unless u have everything n writing. We have our unit serviced in our new home. They said the outside unit was covered for 3 yrs and the inside for 1 year. It has been less than 8 months and we are already having trouble. The first time I called them out the tech didnt have all the equipment & had to call another tech to get what he needed. He didnt leave us with any paperwork or a business card & then they didnt keep up (honor) the warranty.” They didn’t have any paperwork on the units.“ So now I’m having to call another tech out 4 days later (add another 2 days of trying to get them out here) to deal with the same problem we have been having & this one isn’t sure if he can fix the unit (or want to).
