Absolutely the most unprofessional place I've been to. Was trying to find a place for a massage quickly due to a painful muscle and when making the call I was at a restaurant and was put on hold and tried to order quickly when the "receptionist" heard this the phone went dead. Thought I hung up on him and called back and I told him I think I hung up on you and his response was um no I hung up on you, I dont have time to listen to ur drive thru order. I get it was rude for me to take 5 sec after u got back on the phone after being on his 20 sec hold but you DONT EVER hang up on a customer. When I got to school I complained to the manager and she stated they are instructed by the owner of the school that you don't need to wait on anyone. What kind of example and what are they teaching these students to not respect the customer? I'm pretty sure we will be the ones paying their salaries in the future. Sad that they have this sort of work ethic going into the working world, very sad. That was my first and LAST time I ever experience that place. At least my masseuse was kind and professional, I hope the best for him.

I love this place they do a really good job, saturday was my first time going in there and they were really nice and polite nad did a very good job and they took there time they didnt go fast and try to be inj a hurry I know where i will be going next time i need my hairt done or a mani and a pedi..
