Water Miser

Very shaky business practice and no respect for their customers. I have been their annual contract customer for 8 years. This year, I had a big repair job and their estimate was way higher ($3000) so I went with cheaper company ($900). Then, I had another small repair job and called Water Miser and I was told it should not take more than an hour and the charge is $75 per hour. When they showed up, they sent 3 people. Only one person did the repair for about 20 minutes. The charge was $240. When complained, they said there were 3 people on the job for 25 minutes. So, 2 man hours and the cost of parts. When I told the owner that I went with her company because I had been her customer for 8 years. She said I am not her customer because I went with another company for the big repair job. Her logic is that I have to use her service no matter how expensive they are. She has no respect for her customers and when possible, she will charge as much as possible. I feel cheated
