I have had a great experience with Crossroads. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They made a difficult time in my life much easier.

We have dealth with this counseling service on and off for a number of years. They have never been anything other than pleasant, helpful, and professional. On the one or two occasions when there were questions about billing (which can happen anywhere), they were settled quickly--and actually in our favor.

Love this office and my daughter's therapist! So helpful, from making that first phone contact, to helping resolve some difficult situations!!

Poor billing practices. They tried to turn me into a collection agency for money that I did not owe even after I called and explained that they made a mistake. No call from the owner or anyone in billing. If you need help look elsewhere. Crossroads is only interested in ripping you off.
