Robert Seth Friedman, DDS

I am writing this review to warn potential patients to stay away from this man. He did my braces and injured my gums and told me to "just deal with it". He never answers my questions about the progress, just ignores me and pretends like I didn't say anything. My insurance paid for everything up front, so I guess he feels like he doesn't have to pretend nice since he got all my money already. He only does this for the money and doesn't even do a good job. The retainer he gave me doesn't even fit and my teeth have already started shifting despite wearing it everyday. When I called the office three times they just hung up on me each time. The orthodontist dr Friedman and the receptionist have horrible attitudes. Braces are a two year commitment. Go to a good orthodontist, not this money hungry one. Every time that I have been at the office it has been empty because he alienated his customers with his attitude and bad practices.
