The worst cab company I’m Morristown. Don’t rely on them.
Tin.. won’t answer the phone. A bunch of losers right here

Rude. That is the easiest way to describe this "dispatcher." Wont give you a quote over the phone. Call someone else.

Called and asked for a ride. They said itll be 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and they didn't show up and then waited 10 more and ended up calling them. I called them 5 times and they did not answer and never rang me back. Very disappointed with there service.

My family needed transportation to our house from the hospital. We needed a car that would safely and comfortably accomodate one adult and two toddlers in car seats. What arrived was something along the lines of a Pontiac Grand Am (small) and that still could have been tight but worked for us except the driver arrived to the call with a friend to keep them company during their shift! A friend who sat in the front seat of the car which required my husband to be jammed between the two toddler seats which meant he could not wear a seatbelt! He tried to maximize his comfort, such as it was, by storing the diaper bags in the trunk but when the trunk was opened it was unuseable because it had standing water in it! No apologies were given for the janky cab or the blabbering BFFs in the front seat. The cab fare was full price ($24 for a 5 mile trip) in spite of the errors and lack of quality. I would not recommend this cab company when you can pay the same price and get better service just about anywhere else.
