Edible Arrangements

I placed my order for my daughters birthday early in the day for an edible arrangement to be delivered to her before she got off of work. I had called the store to ask where the delivery was bc it was far past 6pm. They told me their delivery truck had broke down and it would be another hour before she were to get her gift. An hour and 30 mins later still no delivery. My daughter has been off work an I explained this to the man over the phone that I spoke with numerous times. Then I continuesly tried to contact the store but no one would pick up. I'm very disappointed in the service they still did not pervide yet. They should have a way for u to contact them until you receive your order. Bc if I don't get it delivered I have to wait the next day ??? That just isn't right. I will never give them service again. I'm so angry this ruined my whole surprise for my daughter. Thank u very much
