The only reason this daycare center received one star because zero stars wasn't a option. My son attended this daycare center for 4 days and needless to say as of Friday November 18, 2011 they will no longer provide services for him. As I pull up to the center on friday I noticed a strange male walking out of the daycare with my son in his arms with his hood from his jacket on his head, I quickly parked and ran up to the guy and asked how did he end up with my son, long story story the authorization form for my son was never checked nor did my son even have the same name of the child he claimed to be picking up. What made matters worse was when I confronted the lady at the front desk on how could something like this happen, she laughed in my face, it took everything in me not to jump over the counter on her. All I could think about was what if I arrived a few minutes later where would my son be and the only thing they could tell me was they checked his ID (but no one thought to check my son authorization form) and it would never happen again...my reply you are right about that because you will never see him again and I will be filing a complaint first thing Monday morning with the state regarding this matter. Take it from me PLEASE PLEASE read reviews before leaving your kids in the care of strangers!!!
