if I can give this agents and negative star I would but you can't. this is the worst agent that you will find in the whole Illinois area. she is great to give you a deal but he will never call you back nor return any of your phone calls. please be aware of this agent as he is a smooth talker but will not I repeat do not ever call you back. we tried to cancel for 3 months and he would not let that happen when we called farmers directly they told us to talk to the agent complete BS. this agent also does not know what he's talking about we went with him because he spoke Korean but he is absolutely useless
